本產(chǎn)品通過PCR方法檢測(cè)培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞等生物材料中的支原體，針對(duì)支原體16S rRNA序列保守區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)特異引物，直接使用細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)液作為模板，特異性擴(kuò)增支原體DNA，具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速（2小時(shí)內(nèi)即可出結(jié)果）、特異性強(qiáng)、靈敏度高的特點(diǎn)。
